COVID-19 GUIDLINES

Hello and thank you for considering local art! The event industry has yet to standardize how best to re-open services, leaving each business with the responsibility of creating their own, location specific safety procedures. Below you will find a few of our ever-evolving policies to ensure the safety and most effective experience possible. In preparation, I have taken certification courses in infection control through the WHO, CDC, and am also a licensed nurse in the state of California with experience in infection control. It is my highest priority to support both artists and Client in navigating these unprecedented circumstances.

PLANNING PROCESS

In order for any event to be considered, we have a standard list of questions:

1. Is the event indoors or outdoors?

2. Will there be a changing room available (if needed) that has been recently disinfected? If multiple artists are booked, do you have a green room large enough for all of the artists to distance? 

3. Will the artist be able to be at least 6 feet from guests at all times? 

4. Are you okay with paying the deposit knowing that if you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable?

All of our stage acts or interactive artists have to be socially distanced to be considered for events. Unfortunately, we are unable to book any type of artist that requires close contact such as face painting, balloon twisting, beverage/food hospitality, ect.

ONCE BOOKED

All performers will arrive with a mask on and call the contact upon arrival to be shown the green room or arrival location. A mask will be worn the entire time except when the artist is performing in their designated area unless the gig is an interactive character, then mask will be kept on. Please respect the importance of infection prevention by alerting us of any changes in health, possible disease exposures and respecting social distance rules. Deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be waived for Covid or fire interruptions. For any other cancelations on the Client end that are made within one week, we ask that the remaining balance is paid in full to respect the time of our amazing artists. On our end, we will alert of any exposure and send a replacement artist as seen fit. **If you would prefer a full refund instead of a new artist we will provide upon request.**
